MMM....yum! I am definitely going to try this but I will have to figure out a different sauce a I can't do tomato-anything as it gives me baaad reflux.

I found your blog by accident looking up vegan recipes online (as usual) and last night I ran across this gem...so naturally I HAD to make it for dinner tonight. It was superb! I boiled mine instead of toasting it and in a mere 2 minutes the ravioli were floating at the top and finished. The tofu ricotta tastes just like the real thing, absolutely wonderful.
(Just had to let you know.)
